Awful place to work!!! ZERO appreciation. RUDE and impersonal managers. TERRIBLE pay. Expectations TOO HIGH. And NO accountability. Oh, and it’s FILTHY (just because it’s a home improvement store doesn’t mean it has to be disgusting.) 0/10, do not recommend. 0 stars. Thumbs down. The only HD specific product worth while is Behr paint but I’d rather explore my options before ever giving that company even $0.01 of mine again.
Home Depot wanted to charge me $79 to have an item shipped to their store. Their own store. Not a special order item a $300 garage door that they offer online. Up until now they were my go to place for DIY. That just changed. I easily spend 6K plus annually
I shopped around 6pm last night, a Friday I might add, and there were NO cashiers on register! I normally refuse to use self checkout anywhere but there was no other option and I had searched everywhere for a microwave that I needed as mine had died. I will NOT shop at your store again!

Re-Hiring former employee for seasonal work.................white employees can be seasonal, while black employees never get a call back........Joyce in HR at the Henrietta,NY local store is prejudice
Appreciated the attention from Jorge. He stopped...asked if we needed help...and called another location when he realized that his location was out of the particular item we were looking for. Patient...kind...respectful and helpful. That's what real customer service is all about.
