Computers crashed and the place was mobbed. Multiple people standing it a disorganized line waiting for assistance. Order puller was backed up and I had to wait 1/2 hour for my order to be pulled and brought up. I’d rather travel to Batavia and get my stuff there but they didn’t have it in stock. The number of items on the shelf is always less than what the inventory says is there and they will not sell the demo item. Lowe’s is much more accommodating.
I just left Home Depot with a time capsule, specially created by one of the amazing employees, John Paul. He was extremely kind and went above and beyond to help me brainstorm and create a time capsule for a very special family that I work with. Kind and helpful and a good heart.
the service in the store is great but their delivery is horrible. The company they hired to deliver my washer, not only refused to give it to me (I paid for it) but the drive assaulted me (threw me into a wall and let my dogs out) entered my house without permission. I had to call the police who they delivered my washer to my house. The old washer that we PAID to have removed sits in my basement because it was not taken. Waiting for the new manager Scott to call. I was told by Tim 5Xs he would call about my 28 issues with my nonfunctional kitchen. Still waiting 30 days later.
Sorry, your boss thinks I am too dumb to shop at Home Depot.
Why did you guys get rid of the wire machine? With City Electric Supply directly in your backyard I think this was a bad choice. Hopefully your intentions were good like maybe trying to get rid of the fly-by-nights or the diy'ers that come in there and buy wire 10 or 20 feet at a time for do-it-yourself projects.
