We came into the Home Depot in Bristol Virginia this morning and had a large purchase for a flip home and upon checking out we were told that you could not honor/match a competitors coupon without it being printed. We had a 10% off coupon for Lowe’s on our smart phone which we have used similar coupons in the past on multiple occasions but still we were told NO! Friendly helpful staff. I have been there twice recently and excellent service both times.
I had the worst experience at this Home Depot that I have ever had. I was in the lighting section and an employee was in the same isle as me and my husband, overheard us saying that we needed help and continued to text on her phone. Went to the service desk and found out it was the manager that was ignoring us! Will be taking my business to Lowes from now on!

Had a workshop with my kids! It was very fun!! I shop at The Home Depot but I always enjoy teaching my children how to build things!!
