We have always been Lowe’s customers but yesterday, we decided to try Home Depot in Bristol, Va. What an awesome customer service experience. As soon as we walked through the door, a representative offered his help and assisted us with finding several products. While he was helping someone else, a cashier left her station to help us in a department she was unfamiliar with until someone else was able to help. I shopped there today with my family. I have a 5 month old little girl and it was her feeding time. An employee named Jenn took me to the back and they let me breast feed my child Iin a private area and she stayed with my other child while I was attending to my baby.
