We ordered floors the 13th. They were here last week and they didn’t call us. Now it’s going to be April 15th before we can even get them installed. Getting someone on the phone is hard, I have been hung up on. I get transferred over and over until I finally get to talk to someone. We got a door ordered and installed from Lowe’s in the time it has taken Home Depot to even get our floors ordered. We were told at the time of us buying the floor it was all in stock. Very disappointed with service as one item turned into 4 days and many trips to get an item. Would suggest Lowes
Ludy, was great in helping me purchase a Range. Home Depot has great customer service.
We just spent over 45 minutes waiting for ANY associate to help is with a bathroom ventilation fan...help never arrived, even after stopping two employees from different departments! We left feeling very frustrated...last trip to Home Depot? Most probably so!
