Easy to find what I need and helpful associate that give advice and make sure I buy the right things.
They were out of Fencing... Hello its Lumber... And they were out... Home Improvement FAIL
I ask for help, get a vague gesture toward the back of the store. Go there and find someone working in the section I need help in and get "not my department" ...well call someone who is! Someone (the guy in front who sent me back in the first place!) Finally arrives, said they have what I want but he can't find it. I ask him to get someone who can, and miraculously he puts some effort into it, and within a minute found what I needed.
Everytime I go in there and ask someone for assistance they always say not my dept let me find someone who does still waiting.
Always a long line for contractors. 1 register out of 10 open on weekends is ridiculous.
