Horrible Horrible customer service... I purchased a very expansive washer and dryer and the washer turned out to be defective. It took me 3 times to get the delivery crew (they rescheduled and didn't notify me, then didn't find the place and left). Now I am trying to find out how to get a replacement and spent more than 7 hours (over a span of 5 days) on the phone trying to find the right person. I finally talked to someone and still no action and no one calls me back... I am so disappointed

How are you going to make an elderly lady get carts from the parking lot when there are many able bodied young adults working there??? Shame on Home Depot!
