They do not stand behind their products. When you have an issue with a product they sold you, they say it isn't their problem. Customer Service is horrendous.
Home Depot has the worst customer service possible. I've been waiting for 20 minutes for an employee to acknowledge me. In the meantime over 5 employees have walked past. Upon finally being acknowledged, the employee wasn't helpful. Lowe's has my business for carpet!
Worst customer service! Will not shop here again. I gave you 3 chances in your store.
It took us 30+ minutes to get a Christmas tree after we had picked one out with absolutely no other customers in the garden center. Four employees later (including one employee yelling at another), it is finally loaded and we are on our way home. Very poor service.

I purchased some new cushions for our outdoor chairs. We paid $30 each. They are the worst ever. I could have gotten $2 cushions from they dollar store that would have been better.
I appreciated the parking spot for Purple Heart veterans, and I hope that all Home Depots follow suit.
