The employees in this place are useless. Either they direct me from person to person to get help for anything or they can't do anything themselves. They get orders wrong, can't help customers with warranty issues, products that have warranties mean nothing to them and don't cover anything so you still have to pay out of pocket for repairs. Their curbside pickup is a joke. Everytime they say it is ready, we get there and they are still "picking" it. Which means. it was never ready to begin with. This last order we placed, we were the only car in curbside pickup and yet other cars came and went. yes, we ordered a few pieces of lumber, but the point is, that the order stated it was ready. Then, when they did bring out the lumber, most had huge knots or were missing pieces. Not at all happy with this store.

Love this Home Depot. The staff is very helpful and know their stuff! I bought new plants for my landscape and he was very helpful on which plants will grow in the area I was planting them. Also he told me the ones I wanted would not survive in the area. I actually picked better plants. Front landscape done ✅ Thanks Home Depot!!
