Ordered carpet on Friday they said it would be installed in 72hrs (that is the carpet we ordered) its now a week later and still no carpet. WORST service ever. .
Just walked out of your store. We came there to buy carpeting for our home and your people just acted like we were not there. One woman was too worried about getting off in 15 min she didn't even ask if we needed help. Then a gentleman finished speaking with another customer went back to the desk, looked at us and walked away. A nice lady from another department walked over to speak with us and explained to the department we needed help and everyone just walked away. Great way to lose a $1000 sale and our business.
