I ordered online for curbside. I sent the message I was here and they sent back a message they would be right out. I waited a half hour in the designated area. I had to call the store to ask if I would be getting my order anytime soon. They said they would be right out. I waited another 15 minutes before they sent out an elderly woman to bring my ladder. I will not be shopping here again!!!!
Most of the employees are great. However, my husband and I were in Home Depot last night. The guy working in the paint dept. and the two cashiers were not the friendliest. It doesn't make for a good impression of the store.
Thank you. Yesterday, while shopping, I went in to the newly remodeled ladies room. It’s very nice. I especially appreciate the fragrance free hand soap as I have extreme allergies. I will tell all of my friends how you are taking care of your customers and saving the earth.
Better communication between customers and employees and between employees and employees and also much better delivery options. We were expecting a washer to be delivered on Friday and we received a call that the truck broke down and a reschedule would not be available for another 10 days or so. I went on line and ordered it from Lowes and was shocked that they set up delivery and installation for the next day! Went looking for a pack of gloves the first person was awesome she walked almost the whole store with me looking for them. The she called Mike with the hat on and he decided it was more beneficial to go load hard wood flooring in a bed a truck. I will not go back to this Home Depot

Thank you Home Depot, specifically Todd (I believe that was his name!)!! I came in last night around 7pm, Monday February 4, asking if they could cut a 2x4x8ft into 2 inch sections. Why? The new cashier set up in the Joliet Il. store is horrible and awkward. Who ever thought that customers would be comfortable standing behind the cashier should be demoted for not having enough experience on the ground. I dont like self check out so im not going back for a while. Too weird. The only other option to get good service is too walk all the way down to the contractor check out or get one of those stressed out cust service people to do it. Shame someone with no clue gets to call the shots. Sell the stock now!!
The first home depot that you can actually find an associate and they are knowledgeable about the parts you are inquiring to purchase. Can't say enough good things regarding my shopping at this store.
