The problem with looking for a new Refrigerator is getting information you can rely on. I found the staff at Home Depot to be good at getting me to the person who actually knew what they were talking about and told me what I needed to know. I was worried about a new Fridge not fitting in the hole the old one was coming out of and I was right to worry.
I'm sitting here. It's been almost 30 minutes waiting for help in the wood department. Employees keep telling me someone will be here momentarily. They aren't helping customers. Just working on stock projects. Getting ready to leave and go to Menards. Was going to be a large project too...
I've been to a few Home Depot's and this one seems to be full of plenty of staff that are around and available to help which is really appreciated!
I will never shop at Home Depot again. I just spent over a half hour and 13 repeat phone calls to 2 stores just trying to find out if one item was in stock. I never did get an answer. The gift card I received is going in the trash.
Huge shoutout to Dave and the rest of the Home Depot team for donating $50 in planting supplies for my kindergarteners. Thanks to you guys each of our 150 students will get to watch their own plant grow!! Thanks for supporting teachers and your community.
