Service was extremely slow and extremely rude and you could tell him that he had no training in the position that he was fulfilling
If i Could rate it -1 star , I would. Ordered 2 Doors , sent us the wrong Doors on instalation #1 . (Installation guys get 5 stars ) . They had to order the "correct doors" so we waited a couple of months for them to come in. On installation #2 surprise sent incorrect door again. Just speechless � how unprofessional and unreliable Home Depot could be. Do NOT waste your time and energy buying from them, they will never get it right. I don't think anyone even listens to you when you order something or speak with them.
Parents got carpeting put in up stairs but job wasn't completed because the person who came to measure didn't fully measure there room out correctly and wanna say it's not there fault . And they (the Home Depot ) dosnt want to make it right unless they pay half of the "$500" bill they wanna charge for it to get done. Unacceptable and unprofessional. �
4 staff at the customer service desk. I am the only customer waiting. Two of them are having a conversation to the left of me. One is on the phone with a customer directly in front of me. Ok, I'm patiently waiting. She hangs up the phone. Another staff members walks up and the one that had been on the phone is complaining about the customer she was speaking with. Store rep wrote up the order on my son's vanity incorrectly, however the manufacturer still didn't even use the default specified areas to drill the holes. Manufacturer says it's Home Depot's issue, Home Depot, Brunswick, OH, says it's the manufacturer's. $457.00 vanity and Home Depot gives back $45.00 and says sorry for the inconvenience. Home Depot, you choose the vendors you work with. You, too, are responsible for making good. Lots of friends and family have been loyal Home Depot fans. No longer.
