Great to big shout out to the Brunswick Home Depot. We got about 10 plus inches of snow from last night through this afternoon. I went outside to use my brand new cub cadet blower and got one strip of the driveway completed before the blower and drive stopped working. I asked my neighbor Bob look at it and we noticed a bolt blew threw the plastic engine cover. Not sure how that happened but it did. Waited 1/2 hr in tool rental got there 6am. Went to pro desk to complain all they do is call someone who never shows up. No one is available to help you. I would never rent from this store again. I would call someone but nobody answers.
I want to shout out a huge thank you to Jamie in lawn and garden. He went above and beyond today to help me when everyone else told me to ask someone else.
We recently did an online order for 60 bags of Vigoro Mulch, to be delivered to our house. The delivery was timely but there was an issue with the color. It was apparent that Vigoro packed brown mulch in bags marked red mulch. After some checking , a follow up delivery came, but the color issue was apparent again. Hats off to Misty, one of the managers! She finally straightened the mess out and even delivered the correct colored bags, to us, in her own truck!
