If inx I understand give a negative star i would. There are never associates to help you and when you find someone they take forever to help.
Home depot price match policy needs to be looked. I was turned away after being pre qualified for 4k and running my credit. They needed to verify with Best Buy live in person even though the website stated the item was cheaper. Very disappointed
I had a 10-12 appointment for disposal install. At 12:15 I called to ask where the installer was. They said he'd be here at 2:30 p.m. It's now 3:00 p.m. No call or contact of any kind. Well worth the drive over to Lowes for reliable installation services. Most people don't sit at home all day waiting to pay someone for their services.
Don't waste your time here. They don't know what your asking for and they can never find anyone who can actually help you. They have horrible customer service and I will not be going back there.
