Answer your bloody phones! As a disabled person over 65, I needed info before tramping all over the store, looking for what I need. Your phones have been ringing for nearly half an hour. You just lost a sale and a customer.
Trying to post. I purchased a washer and dryer. Washer did not work and was made to purchase another one. The second washer did not work. Tried to send the second washer back but refused to take it. when they did take the washer it was lost and took four weeks to get my money back. to make things worse they scratched the washer. I have never heard from Home Depot with an apology.
We love our Home Depot. They had everything we need for out 25 year face lift of our home. The people that work there are so very helpful. I really appreciate the First Saturday craft events they do for the children. My grandson loves them. They are always well planed ,easy for us Moms to help them do, and they are always a great finished product. Thanks Home Depot. The Wilkerson’s.

After over 25 years with Home Depto credit card I got a fee for $35.00 over $1.00 , my payment was raised 1 dollar and I was unaware, now I have a late payment for a Dollar that goes to make the next month off too 😡,, I won’t be back at Home Depot
I was in Home Depot this weekend. Tried to get help, the employees refused to help me. Just pointed over there.... The young lady in paint department told me they didn’t have product that I ended up finding myself. Then asked to speak to a manager. I waited for 30 minutes. I then called home office, they tried to call for a manager and still no manager. It was over an hour waiting to be helped and never did. I was asked if I’d like a call back, I said yes. The customer service is horrible. Had 10 employees walk past me and not one asked if I needed help. When I asked an employee where an item was located he literally never said a word just pointed.
