Placed an order online for pickup. Everything in stock. When I called 5 hours LATER, They still hadn't pulled the order. Finally was told it was ready, got the email, got the text, went to pick it up this morning. NOT READY!!! After having to wait AGAIN, everything was pulled and loaded. I tried to call the store to talk to the manager, got a MAJOR run around. Please hold, please hold, please hold....finally hung up. This is UNBELIEVABLE.
