The southington store could start by learning what customer service is. Was standing there for 45 minutes waiting to purchase a $1900 riding mower but nobody cared enough to address myself and my 85y/o Dad. So, I took my money and made my purchase at the local mom and pop shop.
Placed an order online for pickup. Everything in stock. When I called 5 hours LATER, They still hadn't pulled the order. Finally was told it was ready, got the email, got the text, went to pick it up this morning. NOT READY!!! After having to wait AGAIN, everything was pulled and loaded. I tried to call the store to talk to the manager, got a MAJOR run around. Please hold, please hold, please hold....finally hung up. This is UNBELIEVABLE. next time I will bring my inhaler with me..I have never been around so many smoking people in my entire life..the smell is horrendous and the help at this store is non-exist...prefer Southington any day of the week!
