25 minutes wait for an associate ( so far). Waiting to get blinds cut
Unbelievable how rude the guy at the pro desk was. First he was screaming over the phone talking to someone, so I gave him a minute and came back to ask about some material I needed. He looks up to me without saying a word, as I'm bothering him. So I said Hi, and he says what do you need? At this point I'm like to myself are u kidding me? My husband bought product for the yard and the cashier told him the debit card was declined... which he thought odd... but paid cash instead and then the next day the same amount was debited out of my account... the store refused to help sent me to corporate which was even a bigger waste of time.. I am now waiting for my bank to dispute the charges and I am still out 228 dollars!!! Horrible service!!!! Horrible

I attended the painting and plaster workshop yesterday. I was a little apprehensive initially almost to the point of not attending however the associate Milton in the paint department was awesome. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, professional just an all around great guy. I have 100% confidence that I can repair holes in my walls with perfection! THANK YOU MILTON!!!!
