Poor customer service overall; slow lines, ppl not sufficiently trained, managers "at lunch", computers that don't talk to each other, lots of run around, and after 2 hours our Return issue was still not resolved!
I ordered custom closet doors they sent the wrong size ..Good luck trying to get help I can't even get though to a person to resolve this.
Staff are always ready to help. Good selection of fruit tree with excellent prices. If that doesnt work, they have good return policy, just hang on to your receipt.
They are The Best. I had to purchase a testing equipment for my job. I ask one of the associates if they could warranty a Klein wire stripper that was dull while I was there she said no problem go get it. I Love that type of customer support it made my day. Way to go keep it up!!!
