it says my order has arrived at the store but i can't pick it up for 6 days ? Seriously? I'd rather not know its even there . .... i really need my stuff
They Run this Home Depot like DEATH ROW RECORDS. It's the SLUM of the SLUMS when it comes to Customer service... Also, the Line Stays with 25 people or more in it!
Just waited for 15 minutes after asking for help in the lumber department. NO help forthcoming so I'm heading to Lowe's now. 👎👎👎

I’ve asked 4 associates for help in seasonal. No one knows anything. They have directed me to others who also know nothing or disappear. Half the lights in the parking lot are out. And the service desk wasn’t helpful either. Employees half wearing masks. Lowe’s it is.
