I would not ever order carpet from this store again. It was the most disappointing experience I have ever had. It takes forever to get someone one the phone after being transferred about 10 times. I ordered the 72 hour carpet. I got a call in the morning to say they would be at the house between 3-5. The measurement guy was so far behind he could make it after I took a Friday off work and they would have to reschedule for tomorrow. I am trying to sell this house and all I want is to have the carpet installed before Thursday ... read more
I'm highly displeased with the installation of our granite and the professionalism. - First experience I had with the company was the time for measurements. The guy showed up 3 hours later after I took off work to be there (mind you, we were not even living in that home yet). His reasoning was because he had to get his children. - While the employee was there doing measurements, he told us to get 1 ten inch bracket, 2 eight inch brackets, and 2 six inch brackets.
