Today I figured out why, even though I live very close to this location, I never want to shop here. I called to find out if you had solar eclipse glasses in stock and your "customer service associate" hung up on me. I am sure you are getting many calls about these glasses but that is not appropriate customer service. I will happily got to Menards or Lowes.
We bought a Rheem hot water heater from Home Depot it does not work does not work . crew 2 installed this . When it sparked the installer said this is above my pay grade and left . We have been on the phone with Crew 2 . They are supposed to get back with us . Still waiting fora a call. Called Rheem , call went to India , gave them the hot water heater number . They new exactly the part to send out . Obviously this happens a lot with this hot water heater . Stay away from Home Depot

No competency whatsoever! And if you need anything in tile, plumbing, or lumber... good luck !!! And when you ask an associate not doing anything they refer you to another desk in another department that pages someone whom you have to wait another 15 minutes for... but the hvac guy will surely find you 15 times and ask you if you have had your stuff upgraded having already forgotten he found you 14 times prior ���� such a joke !
CREW 2 RED ALERT: Right now I think that 1 star is too good for the response time that I am getting from a Home Depot district manager. Home Depot uses a company called Crew 2 to perform "home improvement" jobs for them in IN. A Crew 2 installation team basically ruined 90% of my Kraftmaid cabinets - over $15,000 trashed - 2 weeks ago. A district manager came out 1 week ago after I complained at a corporate number when the Castleton, IN store people did nothing. We came in tonight to buy paint and brought our 12 wk old pup along. I love that dogs are welcome at Home Depot. My favorite part of this trip was talking with Jim in the paint department where he assisted us. You just dont get good customer service these days and Jim was a breath of fresh air. He knows what hes doing, friendly and helped us save money. And boy does he love talking about dogs. He loved our pup and even had milk bones on hand for her. Jim is an asset to HD and I hope he is made to feel this way as an employee... read more
