I have been to this store a few times because I live close to it but I will start making the drive to the Murfreesboro store or Lowes from now on. The girls at the front desk are RUDE and the people in Kitchen and Bath are clueless. I was also lied to at the Pro Desk about my receipts and fuel rewards.
Awful experience with tool rental! Rented a paint sprayer that didn't work, exchanged for another that one thatdidn't work, store charged me in full for equipment that didn't work! Tried to contact store manager who never called me back. I will never rent from here again!!
I just want to thank Lionel, Jimmy, and Dale in the paint department for all of the help you've given me for the past two days. I want to applaud you on your customer service! I truly appreciate how you have treated me! I've never once wandered around in your store trying to find something!
