RecommendedJust wanted to give a huge shout out to a lady named Michelle that works the customer service desk. I had a couple issues and was very frustrated. She not only let me voice my frustrations but went above and beyond and called me back with 3 options to help solve my issue. I can easily say that due to her we will continue to be home depot shoppers (we were lowes prior)!!! Thank you so much Michelle for taking care of my issue so quickly and being understanding and friendly the entire time. 5 star service
I recently bought a refrigerator, washer, and dryer from home depot. When they were delivered, I discovered that while my washer and dryer had no issues, my fridge was dead. I called home depot, and they said they would deliver a new one in a few days. On the day it was supposed to be delivered, I called them, and they said it would be another week before I could get a replacement. I just wanted to give a shout out to Kelly, in plumbing. We're replacing our kitchen sink and needed fittings but were confused on what exactly we needed. Not only did she recommend a part, she explained in, detail, why we needed that part. You made my job easier. Thank you.
Just wanted to give a shout out to Kyle and Rick that work at Home Depot in Smyrna. Our church is working on tornado relief buckets which has immediate supplies to help victims in time of need. We took our list to the local Smyrna location and both immediately helped secure the items we needed. Thanks also to Jeffery the store manager for doing his part. God Bless

This store needs corporate help. Their employees walk by you while you stand at the cutting saw with a piece of wood waiting. Ask somebody to help and they continue to hang out with other employees. Never coming back. Go to Lowe’s!
