I usually shop at the Home Depot in Nashville, but today I stopped in the Smyrna Tennessee store. Never again shall I go there. I picked my paint and told "Jimmy" what finish and brand I wanted. When I came back to get my paint it was incorrect. When I pointed this out he became angry and slammed the paint can down. After that and giving me the evil eye said he would mix it for me. Of course I declined.���� #willspendmoneyifappreciated�
I just bought a new washer and dryer and I just have to tell everyone I had the best service at the Smyrna Home Depot and I just had them delivered and the two gentlemen that brought we're the best they paid attention to places I asked them to be careful with and they such nice people thanks Home Depot. And to the people you hire to deliver I'm planning on getting some other stuff maybe at the middle or end of the year and I'm looking forward to doing business with all of you have a nice day
I went into the store to pick up supplies for a project. Found everything I needed and went to the self checkout. When I began scanning items at the self checkout, the first item did not ring up correctly. When I told the cashier she scanned it with her devise and said well that is the price. I tried to explain to her that the price on the bin was different but she wouldn’t even send some one to check. Needless to say Lowe’s just earned my business and a 50 dollar sale.

Love home depot...bought a 7 piece patio set and a large smoker..Cant wait to use them
Customer service used to be great but it's slowly going down hill. Orders placed online aren't picked even when you schedule pick up earlier than you plan to arrive.
