Today I went in for a large trash can. JB pointed me to the correct aisle immediately. I got my trash can but then noticed a cute little succulent that I wanted. However, there were no small hanging planters. Just large ones. Much too large for my tiny succulent. JB to the rescue again. He walked around with me for 20 minutes trying to find a solution. The employees were ignorant and too lazy do any job but the Manager called Mr. Harvier( I guess it's the correct spelling) was really calm and helpful person. Thank you again Mr. Harvier. Will come back again just because of ur service.
Worst customer service of any Home Depot in Aurora. Go to Chambers and Parker or Stapleton. I'm a contractor and hit most of the Home Depots in the Metro area. This one is by far the worst.
Its close, well stocked, all of the employees are knowledgeable, helpful and present. The best part is this location is the main Hub for this area.
This is a Home Depot. We've been here a couple times.
