Congratulations Home Depot, you just lost a loyal customer over $500. After hundreds of thousands of dollars spent with you, it all came down to a manager using his "discretion" to not honor the price match guarantee to "protect store profitability". Home Depot supposedly offers price protection for 30 days if something you've purchased goes on sale, the store will refund you the difference. Well, I can tell you that they will not always do that. Purchased brand new kitchen appliances and within 3 days the brand new stove doesn’t work. HD won’t to anything about it. Extremely poor customer service and i will be shopping at Lowe’s i the future.
We ordered an appliance package mid- May and were told the earliest delivery date would be 7/13/20, which was fine. On 7/13/20, two men came to deliver our appliances but told us that they couldn't install because there was nothing on the order for installation, even though I had called 3 weeks prior to add installation, paid $330 for it, and was told that it could be added to our delivery on 7/13/20, no problem. YOUR EMPLOYEES DROVE OVER MY YARD IN A FLAT BED TRUCK IN AN ATTEMPT TO BACK INTO MY NEIGHBORS DRIVEWAY. THEY DAMAGED A SECTION OF MY NEW SPRINKLER SYSTEM AND FLATTENED METAL EDGING IN MY NEW ZERO-SCAPE GARDEN. I WANT IT FIXED - I WANT A CALL BACK - ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS AND NO RESPONSE FROM THE MANAGER IN THE GREEN VALLEY RANCH, CO LOCATION!!! I SEE YOU HAVE A MILLION COMPLAINTS ON THIS PAGE - WTF!!!
