New dishwasher ordered over a month ago. New dishwasher did make it to me, but it sitting in my living room, home depot has still not installed it or hauled away the old one. No refunds, discounts or apologies offered.
The worse customer service, my fault for not reading the reviews, the whole staff needs to be train in everything, waiting for my floor ceramic to arrive which per the records did on 06-29 and now “they can’t find” forget about calling their Corporate to complain it will be a wasting time an energy, they are the same careless poor customer service obviously, they don’t do what they preach as they advertise
Don’t order anything online from this place. Even though you get a delivery date, that means nothing. Now they are telling me it takes 3-5 business days to update the address on my order when I had it in the online order correctly from the beginning. I will only shop at Lowes from now on.
After nearly 6 weeks of waiting for new flooring I still can’t get anyone to call me and tell me when the materials will be delivered, and to call and set a date for installation. I spoke to the store manager on 4/27/18 and have heard nothing back from her or any of her employees despite multiple calls to the store and to customer service at the corporate level. I’m thinking of asking for a refund and start over with a private contractor. Terrible customer service and zero follow through.
