This place is the worst Home Depot in TN. I am a contractor and every time I visit this location I need to plan for it to take at least an hour just to grab one thing. Checking out takes forever. I had to pick up 2 call in orders from this place and both times orders were missing items. This past order I picked up took 2 hours to finalize everything. The whole time I was waiting the phone continuously rang without anyone answering. It didn't surprise me because I had tried to call in several times and no one would answer.
I had a great experience buying moving supplies today thanks to your salesman, Paul. He helped us pick out boxes and tape, but more importantly, his kindness and hospitality made our Home Depot visit extra special.
Horrible customer service. Just awful. Paid to have a washing machine removed and new one in. Totally unprofessional. When I complained, the manager threatened to have ME pay a "15% restocking fee" if I gave back my item. It was just a horrible experience and unprofessional response. Worse part? I've got a stinking, moldy washing machine sitting in the middle of my kitchen because the delivery guys took off like a pair of bank robbers and left it after having me charged for removal!
Great deliver guys got my new washer dryer to me, even with pending ice storm bearing down tonight. Quick and friendly. Thanks!!
