It appears that Home Depot delivery contractors can't get their act together! My wife ordered a Husky Tool Cabinet for my birthday only to have Non-Stop Delivery Company to "lose" it after receiving it at their facility in Blountville TN. (Employee must had REALLY liked it and took it home.. It has never been found since!!).. So she ordered a second one, received confirmation of delivery date, etc., now May 29, Southern Freight doesn't want to deliver it because they can't get their tractor trailer into the subdivision!.. 2 no call no shows for a door measurement, then misquoted the price by $150, couldn’t get the storm door back on so was told I could get refunded for that, been calling since Saturday and have not heard anything. Overall horrible experience do not recommend Home Depot for anything you cannot do yourself.
This company has failed to deliver two of my orders back to back, claiming they couldn’t get in touch with me. Really?? I have text, email, and a phone with voicemail. They cancelled the orders without notification, and customer service is a joke. Zero accountability; blame the customer. Don’t use this company.
It is really sad that when The Home Depot sends delivery guys that aren't professional plumbers who were paid to install and hall off the old dishwasher refuse. I'll install it myself, thanks! They were, however, very good at rude!
text a complaint to the phone number that they give you on their website about the car wash system outside of the Smyrna Tennessee store. it's been $10 to wash my car came home had to wash it by hand it didn't do anything to my car for $10 below is a response from home Depot So sorry that you had a bad experience.

Busiest store in the nation, never has anyone on the floor working. Dozens up front to take your money, but the rest of the store is a ghost town. NO help on the floor. I worked at the small box store #0747 in Winchester for years. Multiple people in each department Every day. 100 Oaks store- nobody. I dont know who's running this circus, but theybreally should get Andy Davis or Scott Grimes up here to get it straightened out. Its pathetic. Simply pathetic. I stopped to get light bulbs for my kitchen even had pic of old one and all script, the employee in lighting had no clue. Had to call a Manager to get help.
