Don't plan on any form of customer service from Home Depot. They do not know how to return phone calls. Please do not purchase window installation from them either!!
My husband was trying to get 2 pallets of tile this morning that had already been paid for and the guy working in the tile department told him "I go on break in 3 minutes so if you need my to help you then you need to go to the customer service desk and tell (girls name) that I need it in writing that I can help you and work during my scheduled break time due to federal regulations" then someone told him and the person that was with him (person was in wheelchair) that they need to go outside and wait for them to come outside... read more
