The service here is zero star, I had to wait more than 20 minutes for a simple help, I was told 3 times someone was coming.... I gave up and went to Lowes next door.
Do Not order delivery from these guys. They have no accountability once you leave the store, and no interest in tracking down failed deliveries and getting them squared away. They immediately lay the blame on the delivery company and say there's nothing they can do about it. Save yourself time and money, go to a scratch and dent and bring it home yourself.
they dont honor military Vets. I will never buy anything from home depot.

We waited over an hour for a manager to come change the price after a shed was rang up wrong. Add to that, once they compensated for the wrong price ring up they then handed us a shed missing pieces. In the end, I left with no shed. Very poor customer service.
I have been there 3 times yesterday and still no answers. I need to swap out a Rheem water heater with a approval case number from Rheem no one at the store can give me answers it’s all I don’t know or call this number . I have been on the phone now for three days. I called the install number it rings twice and disconnects. I am 3 days no hot water. Any help on this matter would be great .... this is terrible service
