Today, 10-5-2019, I bought 2 pcs of plywood, Thomas from the Pro department saw me having a hard time tying the wood in my car. He came to help, it took a while to secure the wood..... but we did it.... that is service, Thank you, Thomas!!!!
some of the people that work here are rude and unaccommodating like no other hardware store I've ever been in I was really upset this morning because of the way I was treated thanks a lot I'll drive down the road to Lowes from now on
telling my customers about my business. paint department , when I should and shouldn't apply the material, when the product info on the side of the can says different.

It's my husband's Disney world
One of the worst l have been to, impossible to find someone and when you did it was with a person from another department who knew nothing about the product. They need more knowledgeable people on the floor and not off on a “lunch” break.
Hope their stores all go down the drain. After learning who the ceo supports and the attitudes of most of their employees I will shop at Lowe's in the future. The last straw was after they fired one employee after he was being harassed by a bigoted customer.
