We had a wonderful experience here today. Mark helped us out when we were looking for spray adhesive and sandbags. Excellent employee, great service. We'll be back for sure.
Great customer service at this location. Have now seen the store manager, Austin, several times on our visits—great to see management working hands-on and side-by-side with co-corkers and customers. Always friendly and helpful people—and love their monthly events for the kiddos—yesterday we got to make firehouse banks for the kids to take Home (these “free” events lead us to walking out with $$$$$ worth of stuff each time-ha!)
They DO NOT stand behind the products that they sell. Bought $150 microwave from them over a little more than a year ago. It stopped heating and Magic Chef can't do anything about it. Both companies are a joke- shop elsewhere.
Amazing experience today with John and Eric in the paint department.... great guys, hard workers, great work ethic, and funny!! We will be more inclined to come down to Saginaw instead of our home depot in West Branch.
I work at this store and I love the atmosphere and the team. We are a busy store and I love staying busy and helping customers.
I know for a fact that not just us but others has a hard time finding a worker to assist us yesterday 😐
