We came in a few minutes before closing time tonight searching for a specific size bathtub for our home after an emergency repair situation. The size we needed was a special order and not available for a few days. Jessica at the front desk stayed after her shift searching other Home Depot stores in the area that might have something that will work for us. Jessica was absolutely wonderful! I had an entire watchdog sump system with a backup battery die on me, flooded my basement. I showed up to the store and they were so helpful. Dan S, Matt P, Tim, and Angela helped me save my basement from becoming an indoor swimming pool after the watchdog warranty department refused to honor their 2 year warranty because I removed the sump to put in a super old one we luckily had lying around. Always an easy place to get to, and also they offer good service!
The customer service at this store was phenomenal! My sisters and I went to store to place a customized order and the person that we were supposed to be working with was on lunch. As we waited a short time, we had a couple of people ask if we had been helped, one clerk tried to accommodate us, and it definitely shortened our time with the clerk who would be assisting us. Thanks to the team at this store, my shopping experience today went exceptional. From getting me a cart to put my items in, ensuring I found the products I needed without waiting or guessing and even taking my items out of my cart to ring them thru for me at the self checkout...I had never experienced such customer service that was truly going above and beyond... And not by one employee, but every team member I came into contact with. Whatever this store is doing, others should follow!
