We had our son's 5th birthday today at the Madison location. It was wonderful!!! Thank you for making his day. Thank you, especially, to Jennifer. She went above and beyond, and we won't soon forget it!!
I am terribly dissapointed. I needed an entire pallet of sand after already nearly clearing the first one. I informed a garden associate that I needed and would be back the next morning to purchase it. When I arrived nothing was done. The problem is I needed the sand. Moreover, why would you not do it anyway and set the remaining few on top of that pallet? Nearly twenty four hours and it was still not done. The service at this location would need to improve to be bad and it obvious that you do not value my business.
I go every day and it's a great place to work with the great people and family members of the team
I ordered a window ac unit on-line and had it shipped to the Madison ms home-depot. After I put it in and turned it on I was very pleased with how grate it felt. My two dogs and I could now be comfortable in the heat. After only a 6 day of running it quit cooling now blowing hot air. So j turned it off to allow it to cool down and maybe reset itself. Terrible customer service and employees are not knowledgeable in the areas they are assigned it and getting help is too difficult
The Madison location did my son's fifth birthday party on Saturday and it was wonderful! I highly recommend you call Kevin the store manager and let him do a party for your child that loves to build like mine does!!!!
