Not allowed to talk to Manager. Told he was to busy. Could not get credit on shortages on order. I have been trying since June 3, 2020. Do not EVER order anything for Home Depot Madison for Curb Side Pick up! They CANNOT handle it. I received a text that my order was ready. We went in the truck to pick it up, called when we arrived - it took 10 minutes on hold to get a person on the phone, then they could not find my order. I spent 46 minutes sitting in the truck waiting. I finally had to walk in to get a refund because they could NOT find my $900 Tiller I purchased. Good place and helpful workers!
Went to Home Depot in Madison to buy a complete kitchen appliance package. The staff could not more unhelpful or ill informed in order to get this accomplished. They could not give me prices or information on savings. The first associate said it’s better to go online and the second associate stated there is a rebate. When we inquired about the rebate, she stated “she would have to scan it” and that was it. She Never offered to scan it or offer to find out more information.
