Bought a washing machine. We got it home and hooked up the water and water started pouring into the tub. It wasn't even plugged up yet. We took it back to the store the next day. We had to explain about 7 times to someone what happened. They made a big deal out of returning it and ordering another one. It took an HOUR just to return the washing machine and get another one ordered. It was definitely a typical "the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing" type of situation. My experience wasn't that good. You had the same person that was trying to teach the class also helping customers on the floor. Needless to say she did her best, but it wasn't fair to her of us.
website said 10 bags in stock. drive to store. was told they had none in stock and it doesnt matter what website says. pathetic.
