I guess I have to recommend them, since our local OSH was bought-out and then shut down. Closer to my residence than Lowe's. That's not much of a recommendation, but it's the best I can give at this time.

Again 14 people in line to check out. 1 register open. The 1 employees I spoke with for help locating another item has NO CLUE about fixing or working on anything! I was looking for an item I've seen in other home depots. If they're hiring dumb asses, those people need to stay on and at the register, sweeping the floor, or shagging the carts, not on the floor to "help customers".

We experienced excellent costumer service at the location on Antelope Road in Sacramento, CA. We went 20 mins before the store was set to close because our dogs had chewed/clawed through 2 boards and got out. The boards we actually needed were not even out yet because it was a new stock. The employee, Josh and another employee, Lawrence that was already off work went in the back with the fork lift to retrieve 3 boards with a great attitude and no hesitation. I won't shop there again since seeing the picture of the employee in florida wearing the hat that said "America never was great" the fact that a manager would allow that is unacceptable. I'm off to Lowes.

If you want to walk around looking for help and then be neglected and informed by someone who has no clue to the tools in the department they run, every single time, every single time I'm disgusted, management clearly hates what they're paid to do

I liked the THE HOME DEPOT SO MUCH I GO SHOPPING THERE EVERY TIME I GOT A PROJECT FOR RENOVATED FOR MY HOME , except I request a help for my brother to load what I bought worth of $ 309.53 . I BOUGHT MIXED CEMENT,SHINGLES AND WALL WOOD AND OTHERS. I got two helper but the other one was just watching, while my brother and 1 good helper is work so hard .I hope that should be all helper be the as like the hard workers JUST SAYING FOR COMMENTS.
