I am disgusted by their delivery service, I'm sure they sub out deliveries to some sand bagging company? Waited more than two weeks for a friggin refrigerator, then the clowns leave a ' Sorry missed you card ', on my doorbell, without friggin ringing the door bell or knocking on the door! All the while, I am sitting on the couch waiting for this ' Laurel and Hardy ' outfit....arrrrgh

I go to Home Depot for projects all the time. After looking and looking I found a piece of wood I could use for shelf. Then I needed brackets to hold up the shell. I looked and looked and found an isle with some brackets. They weren’t what I needed so, and employee helped me out and directed me to another isle. After searching and sampling brackets I found what I needed. Now, I would like to cut the board in half...that was the problem. I spoke to someone who paged someone to come cut the wood. I bought a under the range microwave and paid for installation. The installation company came out to install but because the vent was hard wired and there was no plug so it was not installed. Got that fixed, second install scheduled and they just came out to tell me it couldn't be installed because the existing hood had circular vent vs. the rectangular vent on the microwave.
