I guess I have to recommend them, since our local OSH was bought-out and then shut down. Closer to my residence than Lowe's. That's not much of a recommendation, but it's the best I can give at this time.
Unbelievable it's a Saturday and all they have is two cashier's open and long lines ridiculous they need to hire more people not only has cashier's but on the floor!

Hey HD how bout on a busy Saturday with two different special events going on at the store you have more than ONE register open. I just stood in line for over 20 minutes with 50 other people and counting whilst we watched employee after employee saunter by like they didn’t notice us. Whoever is managing the store today isn’t doing their job. It’s real easy to put a couple more people on registers. I managed an Oreilly Auto parts so I know the drill. Again 14 people in line to check out. 1 register open. The 1 employees I spoke with for help locating another item has NO CLUE about fixing or working on anything! I was looking for an item I've seen in other home depots. If they're hiring dumb asses, those people need to stay on and at the register, sweeping the floor, or shagging the carts, not on the floor to "help customers".
We experienced excellent costumer service at the location on Antelope Road in Sacramento, CA. We went 20 mins before the store was set to close because our dogs had chewed/clawed through 2 boards and got out. The boards we actually needed were not even out yet because it was a new stock. The employee, Josh and another employee, Lawrence that was already off work went in the back with the fork lift to retrieve 3 boards with a great attitude and no hesitation.
