Unbelievable it's a Saturday and all they have is two cashier's open and long lines ridiculous they need to hire more people not only has cashier's but on the floor!
I bought a under the range microwave and paid for installation. The installation company came out to install but because the vent was hard wired and there was no plug so it was not installed. Got that fixed, second install scheduled and they just came out to tell me it couldn't be installed because the existing hood had circular vent vs. the rectangular vent on the microwave. UGH. One of the worst experiences I've had in a Home Depot garden center. Gives new meaning to DIY.
Shame on them!! They changed their 10% discount for Vets. You have to be active, disabled or retired. What about our vets who served in Iraq and Vietnam. They did their time and got out. All vets should get that discount. We shopped there all the time and got our discount. So, Lowe’s still gives the discount and that’s where we’ll be going!
Too bad you lost a sale today. What's the point that in offering your customers a 10% discount if you won't honor it? I received a coupon to use with my Home Depot credit card for 10% off my purchase. Sounded like a great deal. Went to your store to order a dishwasher but was told the 10% discount wouldn't apply because the dishwasher I was interested in purchasing was already discounted 10%. No where on my coupon does it state that the discount doesn't apply to sale items. I'll probably still visit your store when I need sm... read more
