Typically when I come to any home depot I am in a hurry to get in and get out. Their are times when I can't find something, because they are sold out or keep moving the item around the store. Asking for any kind of assistance is just short of an absolute joke. I usually get handed or passed from one unknowingly employee to another. Delivery service was rude and not helpful and customer service was horrible at Home Depot today. Don’t bother texting them like they tell you as they don’t respond. Three women in appliances were more interested in talking among themselves than helping people find parts. Plumbing dept was just as bad and the washer that was supposed to be set up is still in my hallway not hooked up. They just lost my business and I need to buy three rooms of flooring. But they probably don’t care anyways. 😥🙄🤬🤬🤬🤬
I am trying to comment regarding Home Depots commercial product fluorescent bulbs. Here's what I found and they won't even allow me to comment. One of their Electrical Products actually burned a hole through the housing.
your store does not support veteren I presented my Government issued "choose VA" card to get some concrete and was told it's not accepted as proof of service. I'm done with your companies shenanigans
This store is neglected. Cobwebs on appliances, products not in their correct locations on shelves, paint sample cards missing, and at no point did an associate greet me. I will stick with the home depot on antelope and the one in Roseville.

Employees too busy standing around talking to each other to help customers. I will be taking all of my future business to Lowe's.
