Their service at this store is consistently awful. Everytime I come here I have to chase down someone to help. And when they do help me, they always seem put out about working. They hire some cranky people at this one....
Not organized and poor customer service. Will not return to Home Depot#
Garbage I went to go buy blinds and the lady at the flooring department who mind you was helping no one said I will be right with you. I walked back over to the blinds and after standing there for 10 minutes walked back over only to see her helping another customer. I was like never mind about the blinds and she tried to explain herself.....umm nope your an idiot. She could have explained she didn't know how to cut them or whatever but she made herself look stupid!! Way to go Home Depot for hiring morons....
I went in to get a traffic cone. After being told the wrong place to go, I finally found them. Then tried to get one that was said to be in stock. The guy didn't want to go find it and then never came back. 20 minutes wasted for nothing!
Spent several thousand dollars on custom cabinets here. The order was late and it was wrong. I was given incorrect information by everyone I dealt with. I managed to get a refund (I had to insist on it) but never got an apology or any other consideration. They wanted me to pay in full, in advance, on the reorder even though the problems were 100% their fault.
Got a gallon of color matched paint. Did some painting yesterday and needed more. I went back today to get one more gallon so I could finish painting during my daughter's nap. Got her down and all ready to paint only to discover they got my color all wrong!!! Now I have to wait for nap time to end and go all the way back to get the right paint and be unable to actually paint!!!!!
This is our Home Depot! We began shopping here over 20 years ago starting with the kid's workshops.
Just gave me the worst customer service- all I wanted was mulch and after waiting for more than 20 minutes, I got a head roll attitude from an employee.
