RecommendedHome depot my favorite stop for home improvement
Curbside pickup is not good. On every visit (5+ times) I have had to go find someone to bring out my order after going through the procedure to say I was there... several orders cancelled even though I knew there was a LOT of stock when I ordered. Just went through the process at Lowes. Ordered today, got confirmation today, got time to pick up today and items were brought to my car right after I called in. Tried to support the home town company but no more.
Customer service at store 117 (Wages) as gone down of recent. I had a handful of online orders I needed to return. I spent over an hour organizing each item, identifying which online order number went with which return, creating a quick list of the returns. I got up at 5:30 am on a Saturday so I could be there when they opened at 6, so as not to disrupt them during their busy time. Hello - Justin, our cashier, was excellent - extremely thorough, efficient, and friendly. However, Carolyn, who was telling people to go on breaks, was extremely rude to him. As a special education teacher and just overall decent human being, it was disheartening to see her treatment of him. Do better Home Depot.

We were shopping for Christmas Tree. Found perfect one. After that guys did all the work. Cutting off branches put cut trunk evenly. Bagged up place in truck. Great prices great help.
