Their promise of "if you call by noon to schedule an appointment, they will do same day installation". This is a total lie. We went in on wednesday at like 10:30am to buy a new water heater and schedule an appointment with their installers and we had to wait until saturday. So now it is Saturday and the installer guy calls by 7:30am saying he will be here in 20 minutes. We asked for 30 and he said ok. We bought a new dishwasher from Home Depot in Federal Way back in August 2014 & its been giving us trouble for the last couple weeks. We paid $99 for Home Depot to install it. Just looked & it wasn't installed correctly. I just called them & told them if they don't come & install it properly I'll bring it back & get my all our money back. They aren't the only store that sells & installs dishwashers.
