Not when it takes 3 hours to get the discount of the offering. 3 hours of the Home Depot run-around.
Dirty trashy grounds all around building. Next to a wet lands and parking lot is weeds and trash looks like wreck. Area by nursery goods is a trashy weedy cluttered mess. Not impressed with care. Store is typical experience.
I hated it. We were looking for a .30 cents screw. We walked out with a 450.00 grill and 250.00 worth of shelvings. I will never go back there again for a screw.
I have always been able to find what I need at home depot, and even if associates don't know, they can find someone who does.
Okay I'm not usually one to complain online but having second or third time ask someone to help me and they vacantly walk away or start doing something else I never knew what customer service was till I went over to Lowe's and they helped me until my question was complete
I will NEVER shop the Home Depot again! Last weekend, my husband and I went to purchase a new lawn mower, and when we asked an employee for help, they pointed randomly and said, "They'll help you," and kept walking...ok...so we ask an employee from the randomly pointed to area, and she points off and says, "One of them will help you," as she kept walking.
