Oo one is wearing a mask. Even some of the employees aren't wearing a mask. there are people crowded in the same isles. They are not taking COVID seriously or the health of their customers seriously.
went to do do a curbside pickup for an online order as I forgot my mask, so I wasnt going inside. Called the number told to call, only to have it ring for 20 minutes. I called the pro line who got me to someone that could help me. Waited another 20 minutes and just had to leave. have tried calling for 40 minutes to cancel my order. I will not come back to this store.

I bought some blinds there a few years ago the Levelour cellulor blinds and wanted to do more rooms. I called in to speak with someone about getting parts and ordering more. I was transferred 3 times to the wrong dept. It looks like I am done trying to purchase from your disorganized company.
