Hate the fact that there is no way that a Canadian shopper can order online then pickup from the Home Depot US stores either by credit card, gift cards or even paypal! Credit cards and gift card purchases require a US billing address and only US customers for paypal. Going to a US store hoping to buy something big not available in Home Depot Canada. If particular, shopping for Ryobi power tools, which are a Home Depot exclusive, not the same in Canada as US stores. Will have buy something else from Lowes or Roan then...
I just went to the Bellingham Home Depot today. Tried asking for help on an outdoor light. All the workers could do is tell me what aisle to go down. The worker that was helping somone else told me this wasn't her department then contuened to help the other person. I expect better help from Home Depot.
