Always helpful and knowledgeable. Have lives in many places across the country and service is consistent throughout. Not to say that I haven't had my share of issues but overall was treated fairly in each instance. See photo of recent project in comments.

In the parking lot there was a car beside us that had locked the poor dog inside without even a cracked window.We went inside and were greeted by an associate who we told about the poor pup. Within minutes they were out there with the police. The associate helped us with finding the mate to our outdoor decorations and finding a tape measure. I appreciate all the associates asking if we needed help. We will definitely be back again!!
I am very disappointed in the quality and the service I received yesterday. I went in to ask about my Lawn Mower and was told to bring my mower in and receive an in store credit to put toward a new one. So I drove 20 minutes back to pick it up. Then when I went to the service shop, they said the front area don't know what they are talking about. It will be 4 to 6 weeks before it will be back. Needless to say, I am very disappointed! I really want your company to take extra measures so that it isnt so easy for a person to apply for a credit card online. Someone knew my social and home address and I was mailed a home depot card with my information. There needs to be extra verification steps and measures taken for someone to apply for a home depot credit card online without a photo ID!!! I am very upset this person filed for a home depot card and made 2 purchases of powertools for a total of $420! This person sent the items to the store to pick up at Tacom... read more
