I ordered things for pickup because I’m pregnant and can’t stand in line for hours. When I got there they were rude and acted like I was horrible for needing liquid plumber. I attempted a different tact, ordered items online for delivery. Corona is making thing difficult, I get it, I don’t mind waiting. Went to this location today after I researched lawn mowers online & called the store to verify they had 40+ in stock. Not even a hour later I went to Home Depot to purchase this item. Went into the store and found the item empty on the shelf. Looked around found an associate Zach, asked him if there were any in backstock because they are not on the shelf. He said no. no one is willing to help
Went to lumber waited for 30 min to have one price of wood cut. Asked 3 employees and no help. Another customer went in search of the rep for lumber and guess what? Still no help.

Worse experience ever in the Tool Rental. I went in knowing what I wanted, and the piece of equipment was available (Towable Boom Lift). I told the lady what kind of car I had, and she looked at me and said "You cannot tow that piece of equipment." I told her I have rented here before and towed the mini backhoe, and the medium size excavator. She said that is illegal, and continued to tell me my car was not qualified.
